• Staff for setup/teardown, rider registration, lead and chase

• Electronic rider/participant waivers execution

• Customer lead information and survey insights

• Demo event listing on CFMOTO’s events website

• Social Media Paid Advertising within 20-30 miles of your dealership location (one week prior)

DEALERSHIP TO PROVIDE

• Secure demo area for storage of demo vehicles overnight, as may be necessary

• A safe demo staging area for riders

• Sufficient parking for the demo truck and 53’

• Dealer staff to assist demo rider questions and sales efforts

• Dealer responsible for marketing of the demo event
