CFMOTO® “Adventure Begins With One Entry” Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The CFMOTO® “Adventure Begins With One Entry” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by:

(“Sponsor”)

This Sweepstakes is administered by Sponsor or its authorized marketing agency.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on [START DATE] and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on [END DATE] (“Promotion Period”).

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who:

• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry;

• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license before prize delivery;

• Are legally eligible to register and operate the prize vehicle.

Employees, officers, directors, dealers, distributors, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

Void where prohibited.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter by:

• Completing the official online entry form at [Sweepstakes Website]

• Scanning an official Sweepstakes QR code at participating events

• Completing an official event registration form

Each completed entry that satisfies all eligibility requirements will receive one (1) entry.

No purchase is required.

5. Entry Limits

Unless otherwise stated:

• One (1) entry per person per day.

• Multiple email addresses may not be used.

• Automated entries are prohibited.

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent or duplicate entries.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

One (1) new CFMOTO vehicle, selected by Sponsor.

Prize may include:

• Standard factory equipment

• Destination charges (if applicable)

Prize does not include:

• Taxes

• Registration

• Title

• Licensing

• Insurance

• Dealer fees

• Accessories not specifically listed

• Travel expenses

• Fuel

Actual prize may differ from promotional photographs.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised vehicle become unavailable.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about [Drawing Date] from all eligible entries received.

Sponsor’s decisions are final.

9. Winner Notification

Potential winner will be contacted using the information provided during entry.

If:

• Winner cannot be contacted;

• Winner fails to respond within seven (7) days;

• Winner is found ineligible;

• Required paperwork is not completed;

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

10. Winner Verification

Potential winner must complete any requested documentation, which may include:

• Affidavit of Eligibility

• Liability Release

• Publicity Release (where permitted by law)

• IRS Form W-9

Failure to return required documents may result in forfeiture.

11. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for:

• Federal taxes

• State taxes

• Local taxes

• Registration fees

• Licensing fees

• Insurance

• Any other expenses associated with accepting or using the prize.

Winner may receive an IRS Form 1099.

12. Prize Delivery

Vehicle delivery will occur through an authorized CFMOTO dealer selected by Sponsor.

Winner must:

• Present valid identification;

• Possess a valid driver’s license;

• Complete any required ownership documentation.

Transportation to and from the dealership is the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.

13. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s:

• Name

• City

• State

• Photograph

• Voice

• Video

• Statements

• Likeness

for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes worldwide in any media now known or later developed without additional compensation.

14. Privacy

Information collected is subject to the CFMOTO Privacy Policy.

By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection, use, and processing of personal information for purposes of:

• Sweepstakes administration

• Prize fulfillment

• Marketing communications (if entrant opts in)

• Dealer follow-up regarding CFMOTO products and services

Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

15. Marketing Communications

Entrants who elect to receive promotional communications agree that Sponsor and authorized CFMOTO dealers may contact them regarding:

• Promotions

• New products

• Events

• Financing offers

• Dealer information

Opting into marketing communications is not required to enter.

16. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel

• Suspend

• Modify

• Terminate

the Sweepstakes should fraud, technical failures, viruses, unauthorized intervention, or other causes impair the integrity of the promotion.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant attempting to tamper with the entry process.

17. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless:

• Sponsor

• CFMOTO dealers

• Advertising agencies

• Promotional agencies

• Prize suppliers

• Event partners

• Venue operators

• Their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns

from any claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

18. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost entries

• Delayed entries

• Incomplete entries

• Network failures

• Computer malfunctions

• Website interruptions

• QR code scanning issues

• Printing errors

• Human error

• Unauthorized access

• Technical failures

Sponsor makes no warranties regarding the prize beyond any manufacturer warranty.

19. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Winner List

To request the name of the winner after the Sweepstakes concludes, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Participation at an event does not guarantee winning.

Attendance at an event is not required to enter if an online entry method is available.
